a romantic escape
quick walk secure parking delicious variety
The location is wonderful, a quick walk leads to ayasofya, and the grand bazaar is only moments away, the secure, underground parking handled by the hotel was very helpful. i especially enjoyed the breakfast. The delicious variety was such a treat each morning, and the staff were amazingly helpful.
the tv had limited english channels, which wasn't ideal during downtime.

the hotel's location suited me. it was a short walk to major attractions. our superior room was spacious. the breakfast buffet had many options.
the bed was too soft. the shower was hard to use. there weren't proper toiletries. i could hear noise from outside.

tram stations daily cleaning
The hotel location felt convenient. It was very close to the tram stations, which simplified traveling. the daily room cleaning was consistently thorough and kept the room very neat!

The room was spacious, specifically the corner suite. I had a view onto the atrium. Staff organised a pick-up to a seafood restaurant. This was very helpful.
The marble floors in the bathroom are not heated SO, they felt cold.

Fantastic Stay in a Prime Location
convenient location modern decor wide selection helpful staff
I found the location convenient close to many attractions. The room was very clean with modern decor. Breakfast had a wide selection and fresh pastries. I liked the helpful staff who provided useful recommendations.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect I could hear some street noise at times. It didn't disrupt my sleep but was noticeable.

The staff offered excellent assistance with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. Concierge services were available at all times and were prompt. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful.
